Thanks to everyone who agreed to be photographed and/or sent in photographs for use in this material. Very difficult decisions were made in selecting which images to include and I want to recognize especially Kayla Patrick’s fantastic efforts in helping to bring this final product together. She demonstrated great patience (resilience?) in dealing with many re-writes, last-minute revisions, and adopting multiple (sometimes conflicting!) recommendations to arrive at a polished and professional end product.
